One of These Things is Not Like the Others...

My virtual Terror Alert Level is looking ridiculous. There's an elevated orange (Ernie) risk in DC and New York, but just a moderate yellow (Bert) risk for the rest of the country? Does anybody else think that this whole color-by-number security system is a bit whacked-out? When the government is going to announce a hike in the terror grid, I want some definite results, not some arbitrary chart of colors. It's enough to make a person want to get up and start doing the Snuffleuppagus dance.
