Is It Summer Yet?
I haven't felt much like writing lately... Mostly because I've been busy moving my stuff out of my dorm from school, and driving back and forth from campus to pick up this, that, and.... well, whatever. Note to self: Never EVER try driving down High Street during Commencement. It's pretty much a form of suicide.
I feel happy because now I finally feel as though summer is here. School is out (at last), and the weather is just starting to be above seventy degrees. I can start sleeping naked in my bedroom with the fan blasting and my window cracked open. People are mowing grass and running sprinklers. There were a bunch of little kids riding their bikes down our cul de sac last night, giggling and laughing as they zoomed down the sidewalks. Pretty soon, it'll be the Fourth of July, and we'll be able to sit outside and point at the the sparkling fireworks from our backyard.
I love it.
