Table for Two, Please
I'm really torn here now, because not only is The Olive Garden offering their endless pasta bowl special, but Red Lobster is promoting their endless shrimp special at--get this--the EXACT same time! This kind of thing never happens to me! It's about as rare as having all nine planets aligned for one single, celestial moment. It's as crazy as having that infamously-stingy campus vending machine give you a second package of Cheez-Its, when you've only paid for one. It's a crazy-mixed up world we live in, folks. And I couldn't be happier.
Marc offered to take me out to the Olive Garden (The practical Mc Donald's of Italian restuarants as Joanna calls it) this Sunday for some brother-sister time, which was cool. But now that I've found out about this sweet Red Lobster deal, I think I'm going to have to do some serious thinking... Is it going to be a night of fettuccine gluttony? Or an all-night binge fest of shrimp scampi? What's a girl to do?
