Weekend Update
Okay, here's a quick, half-assed recap of all the crap that I was too lazy to write about this weekend:
1.) "The Matrix: Revolutions" was terrible. Let me spell that out for you, my friends: T-E-double r-ible. I left the movie theatre Saturday night with this huge WTF look on my face. I guess I was expecting a whole lot more out of the ending, since the second one seemed to leave everyone hanging off a cliff with both suspense and confusion. If you're expecting to get all of that resolved, don't bother. The whole thing was chock full of Christ symbolism bizzare special effects, but no real story. Damn Wachowski brothers.
2.) I saw the last ten minutes of the lunar eclipse on my way to the movie. Beautiful. I should've stayed home to watch that instead.
3.) I bought a new pair of gorgeous shoes for only $5.
4.) I excercised my right to do absolutely nothing on a Sunday afternoon.
5.) Decided it that it would be very wise to get out of the States while I still can.
That's enough vague riff-raff for now. I'll peep back in here when there's something more interesting to say.
