If any of you are really nice, I'll be sure to mention your names when I give my acceptance speech. I won't forget the little people who made my meteoric rise to the top successful.
I won't lie. This feels good. Like eating a big, heaping slice of sweet potato pie on a hot summer's day right after having an orgasm with John Mayer good.
...Not that I know what that's like, or anything.
But do you realise what this is? It's a sign that my poor, pathetic existence on the Internet has been validated by the outside world. It means that someone I don't even know thinks that I don't suck at writing. Someone I've never even met before likes me because of a bunch of words I happened to splatter across a page.
I can't believe it.
